(International Automotive Components Group)
Integrated in Arghos (Aernnova) working as an industrialization engineer in the plant that the group IAC has in Vitoria (Alava) to support Mercedes Benz, collaboration in new expansion of composites roof manufacturing raising the growth around 40% in less than one year and place the plant outside the area of risk provider. Extension planning management, management of expansion works in two manufacturing zones, movement of machines, location of new manufacturing cells and implementation of these in coordination with the management of the company.
Supervision of the advances of machines to be implemented (Krauss Maffei robotized polyurethane injection and thermoforming presses to obtain car roofing and flooring) in origin location in the Milan and Munich facilities.
Follow-up of the implantation according to the plant out of the optimized location of the work cells + presses, management of the intelligent movement of these by mechanical means and management of the contractors (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, etc.)

2015 AERNNOVA-GENERAL ELECTRIC AVIATION (DOWTY PROPELLERS)
International project in England, near Bristol (Cheltenham) where the multinational GE (GENERAL ELECTRIC) has a manufacturing plant for aircraft propellers (turbines Propellers) with know-how and own technology being one of the only ones to manufacture this type of blades.
A company of more than 30 engineers is joining the company from Aernnova to collaborate in the reactivation of a project for TEXTRON, American supplier of US NAVY for the impulse and development of a program called SSC (design and manufacture of the rear impellers of the Improved version of the LCAC, an assault hovercraft for the US Army, being a strategic project for GE and with absolutely confidential characteristics, it works in its own environment giving value to the department of manufacturing engineering, leader in design of tools for assembly and execution of the Processes coordinating with the Project Manager of the company itself the progress of the work, follow up of its suppliers and the list of tools in progress (tracker).
During the period 2011-2014, I collaborated in parallel in the family business, Luciarenetxea (trade mark), production of artisan organic eggs, the only hen farm in Spain with certified, ecological and slow food production capacity, working for the reactivation and ramp up of its market in the Basque Country. creating an environment of more than 400 customers some of them the best restaurants in the Basque Country (example is the case of the Azurmendi restaurant named best in europe and 19 in the world), using our product as the presentation of its gastronomic menu promoting the image Luciarenetxea around the world giving it the value it currently has. The attachment to each project was marvellous,different cultures,diffent manners of understanding,all these these things create a special protective film consequence of the hugh capacity of “sorrounding analisys” because of the compromise with the cultural mindset and the group labour in many cases.
